- Information with which to identify you as a user of our app, such as your email address.
- Any data you enter into the app, such as the script lines you may write.

‍We collect and process your data in order to:

- Provide you with a personalised app experience.
- Let you save and access your data across devices.
- Authenticate requests.
- Perform diagnostics and maintain our app health
- Maintain the security and integrity of the service (e.g. detect spamming, misuse or abuse).

Our legal basis for processing your personal data is to perform the contract of providing our services, and our legitimate interests in ensuring the security and proper functioning of the app.

We do not use your data to train AI models, nor do we sell or share your content with advertisers.

‍3. Third-Party Services

‍We use trusted providers to deliver the app experience:

- Supabase.
- Microsoft Azure Text-to-Speech.

These providers have their own privacy policies and comply with modern security standards.

‍4. Data Storage and Security

‍We only store:

- Your login information.
- The data you enter into the app.

Data is securely stored on Supabase servers. Currently, our primary data storage location is in the European Union (France). Access is restricted to authorised team members and we take reasonable steps (encryption, account security, limited access) to protect your data in line with GDPR and the NZ Privacy Act.

5. International Data Transfers

‍Because we are a global company and use global cloud services, your data may be processed or stored outside New Zealand or your country of residence. We ensure these providers meet GDPR and other applicable privacy standards.

‍You have the right to:

- Access your stored data.
- Request corrections to inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your lines or your account (“right to be forgotten”).
- Withdraw consent to processing where applicable.

‍We retain your data only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data will be removed unless we are required by law to keep it.
