Delete your account and data

How to request deletion:
If you’d like to delete your account, please follow these steps:

1. Send an email to info@languagerehearsal.com with the subject “Delete my account.”

2. Make sure to email us from the same address linked to your account.

3. In your message, include:
• Your account email
• The phrase: “Delete my account and associated data.”

We’ll verify ownership of the account and confirm by reply.

What we delete
When you request deletion, we remove:
• Your user account
• Any app data tied to your account (saved lines/scripts, preferences, and app settings)

Once complete, this process is permanent and cannot be undone.

What we may retain (limited cases)
We may keep minimal records for as long as necessary to:
• Comply with legal, tax, or regulatory obligations.
• Prevent fraud, security issues, or abuse
• Resolve payment/refund or subscription disputes.
• Such records are kept only as long as required, and whenever possible, they are anonymized.

Timeline
We process deletion requests within 10 working days (usually faster). You will be notified by email once your account and data have been deleted.

Changed your mind?
If you email us before deletion is completed, we’ll try our best to stop the process, but this isn’t guaranteed.
